How large organizations can keep the present and the future in balance

“My whole live has been involved with innovation,” says William A. Fischer, Professor of Innovation Management at the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne. No wonder, then, that he knows like no other that the renewal of large complex organizations is above all a balancing act between the present and the future. Janosch Geiger talked to him about
