Your focus
- Our customers from the automotive industry and the projects you manage benefit from your experience and skills. Your focus: digital transformation.
- As the customer's central point of contact, you will lead the project and the team involved through all phases - from analysis and design to implementation of the solutions.
- Specifically, you will manage the integration of digital strategies (agile IT, DevOps, security) and business models (data-driven ecosystems), mobile services and platforms (connected car and connectivity services), and product digitization (agile hardware development and softwareization).
- You also design agile processes and organizations (introduction of SAFe, etc.).
- As a luminary in your field, we also count on your support in project acquisition and customer relationship management - across all hierarchy levels.
Ready for Detecon?
- Completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in a STEM subject (mathematics, computer science, natural sciences, technology) or in economics with a focus on IT
- Several years of professional and industry experience, preferably in consulting
- Good knowledge of the industry and the IT used there, combined with a resilient network of contacts
- Strong skills in team leadership as well as in building and maintaining business relationships
- The ability to communicate confidently in very good German and English, to adapt to a wide range of characters and the will to give your best day after day
- Project-related willingness to travel (nationally or internationally, depending on preference)
